SONIDO FLAMENCO is formed from a group of enthusiasts lead by professional dancer and teacher, Sandra La Espuelita. Passionate about Flamenco - the traditional music and dance from Southern Spain, they meet regularly and perform at various charity, school, festival and other venues. Based mainly in East London and Essex, they welcome new people to the group and classes are held for all levels, from complete beginners upwards. Sandra La Espuelita has to be one of the most open and charasmatic flamenco teachers out there (not to mention a fantastic dancer)
